The Egyptian Agency of Partnership for Development (EAPD) is Egypt’s development arm and a key tool for promoting its soft power. It supports global goals such as Africa’s Agenda 2063 and the UN Sustainable Development Goals 2030. EAPD mainly operates in Africa, offering scholarships, skills training, and capacity-building programs. It fosters knowledge exchange and provides humanitarian assistance. The Agency also establishes and equips medical and training centers of excellence. Egyptian experts and technicians are regularly dispatched to partner countries across the continent.
